Ok so it's probably not a good idea to be wearing a tshirt and boxers and have the door open when church people drop by

But at least they know me well enough by now.

...and at least I don't wear tighty whities.

Back to the football game.

  1. That reminds me of the day the plumbers came for a repair. Leo and I knew and thought we had warned the girls. We got an earful when we got home. I guess one of them had been surprised in garments that covered a whole lot less than boxers.

Hmmm - maybe that is why the plumbers had to keep coming back so many times before the job was done right.

Boxers and t-shirt seem fairly respectable at home wear.

  2. Phew, I'm glad I'm not the only pastor who finds far more comfortable clothes once Sunday morning is over.

  3. What is it with guys living in continental North America that you sit around in underwear? This one I really don't get. Sure, wear comfy clothes for leisure if your job makes you wear a suit, but boxers and a wife-beater or tee?

    Odd.

So linea - does than mean that the female half of the household also wander round in their lacy stuff?

  4. Toni,
Just some of the members - when they think it is just themselves or other women in the house.

Don't worry. I won't likely meet you at the door in lacy stuff! Maybe shorts, in the summer, but not lacy!

  5. Yeah, i should probably clarify, i rarely do it, and maybe that's why its a bit weird, cause it's not me.

I do it occasionally to freak out the kids, or if it's HOT.

But its a fun side of life my uptightness has never allowed me to explore.

    :)

    maybe it shows growth!!

  6. Linea - you could greet me wearing a black bin liner if you preferred - should we ever make it across again.
