We used to shoot each other with our pellet pistols using wadcutters (flat tipped pellets) so they didn't stick in, but that was one or two shots on a few layers of clothing, not a full magazine of paintballs on a t-shirt. Crazy people.
Paintballing is frustrating for people (like me) with glasses, who don't go paintballing often enough to make contact lenses a sensible purchase. After about 5 minutes of running, etc., the mask inevitably fogs up and I spend the rest of the game keeping my vision clear.
Marc, you can get stuff to put the inside of your mask to prevent fogging. It really does work. So in reality there should be no reason for your mask to fog up unless your forget to put that stuff on your mask.
Now Randall made mention of the last time the youth group went and played paintball. That was so much fun. It was a good thing you sent Thomas instead Randall. ;) Thomas ended up with a pretty nasty looking war wound. Thomas go shot in the hand somehow. The wound looked painful. But yeah, paintball is loads of fun.

ReplyDeleteThe youth went paintballing a year or two ago. I was interested but the cost seemed high at the time, so i sent The Boy instead.
